Looking forward to seeing you before or after my birthday!
Our dear Mum, Elizabeth Kehinde Aroyewun, is truly a force to be reckoned with! It's only fitting that we celebrate your 80th birthday by cherishing countless memories of your hard work, fearlessness, and unwavering dedication to the education of your children – both biological and social. Although none of us had the privilege of being your direct student when you taught, you were, undoubtedly, at your core, a teacher.
It's important to acknowledge that while you are a daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, administrator, and in-law, your most dominant persona has been that of an educator. When you were actively teaching, you primarily worked with adults and senior students, therefore as your children, we were not directly taught by your. By the time we were born, you had ascended to the position of Vice Principal and eventually became the Head of the Schools Management Committee at Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government. It was within your office that I first learned about my mother's (your) incredible influence – you were responsible for overseeing the welfare of nearly one million students! This realization has stayed with me through the years, teaching me the importance of taking responsibility for others while still maintaining a strong nuclear family.
There are countless instances where I have come to appreciate just how much responsibility you have shouldered in the midst of addressing what I now realize were our domestic distractions. The way you managed to be both a devoted wife and mother, all while juggling such immense responsibilities, continues to astound me.
For your endless love, care, support, prayers, dedication to our family and friends, we are incredibly grateful.

Dear mama!!!
The one and only Mamalo!! Iyayor!!!! Happy 80th birthday to you. I thank God for your life, I thank God for your health, I thank God for your strength!!! And I thank you too!
Thank you for the lessons you taught us. The tough love when we hated it, but it was what we needed. Thank you for the gentle care at the exact times we needed. I usually would have much to say yet can't seem to find the words this time around. So, I will focus on gratitude. Gratitude to God for you! Gratitude to God with you! Gratitude for the gift of you! E e pe fun wa ma. Thank you Mrs. mummy, for all you have done and still do.
So today I pray: May your strength be renewed. May your joy keep increasing. May your faith be unshaken. May your laughter always be rich. May your peace be deep. May life for you be always beautiful. May we your children surround your table and honour you. Many happy returns ma.

You are a remarkable woman – strong, tenacious, smart, kind, and full of wisdom. As the Yoruba proverb says, 'Iya ni wura,' you are indeed pure gold to our family.
Thank you for your unwavering love, guidance and support. With one hand you admonish me and with the other you pull me close. Your words of advice and all the memories we have made together are always cherished. Mummy, I pray that God will continue to bless you with good health, joy, and many more years of happiness.
